The Bachar Houli Foundation Junior Boys Academy is a year-long, wrap-around program designed for 12 to 14-year-old Islamic boys hosted in Victoria, New South Wales, Western Australia, South Australia and Queensland.
The Academy framework is designed to enhance participants’ football development, peak performance, leadership and identity to nurture the next generation of role models, making it the trusted pathway for emerging talent within the Islamic community to develop their skills and discover their potential, both on-and-off the field.
The 12-month program launches with an exclusive three-day non-residential camp – an immersive high-performance experience that introduces participants to an elite environment which combines football development, high-performance, and leadership workshops.
Participants then engage in intensive follow-up days throughout the calendar year, including two online sessions and one full-length AFL match against an external opponent.
Participants also receive regular mentor check-ins and will work through a personalised individual development plan throughout the year to track their growth, refine their craft and recalibrate their goals.
Brought to life by experienced and dedicated coaches, staff, and ambassadors, the Academy framework has been developed by subject matter experts providing an industry-leading standard high-performance program to empower young Muslims across Australia.
