The Bachar Houli Foundation National Senior Boys Academy is a year-long program delivered to the best male Islamic footballers across Australia aged 15 to 18-years-old.
Designed as a stepping stone toward elite AFL pathways, the Academy provides an integrated approach to advanced football development, peak performance, leadership and identity.
The journey begins with an intensive seven-day residential camp in Victoria, where selected participants are immersed in a high-performance environment shaped by industry experts, including former AFL footballers, staff and ambassadors.
Throughout the calendar year, the Academy provides structured follow-up sessions where mentors support and guide the implementation of personalised performance plans, fostering athletic and personal growth for each participant.
The Academy framework equips young men to excel not only on the field but as leaders in their communities. Guided by a team of experienced coaches and mentors, the Academy is a recognised pathway for emerging talent to reach their potential.
The Academy is the pathway into the Bachar Houli Foundation’s Elite Performance Academy – a 12-month program delivered to the twelve best participants.
